Delivery Information

TRACKING

An email containing a tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been shipped. If you have not received an email with a tracking number, it means that your order is still being processed and has not been shipped out yet.

DELIVERY CLAIMS

If you encounter a situation where your package has not been delivered or the tracking information indicates that the carrier has delivered it but you have not received it, it is necessary to contact the carrier responsible for the delivery within 7 days in order to file a claim.

Please be aware that Snake Series does not assume responsibility for packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier. As a result, we are unable to issue refunds or credits for packages confirmed by the carrier as being delivered.

While we will collaborate with the carrier on the claim resolution, it is important for you to initiate the claim directly with the carrier. Kindly note that the completion of claims may take up to 30 days, depending on the shipping carrier utilized.

U.S. SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow for a processing and packing period of up to 5 business days before your order is shipped out. It's important to note that this processing and packing time is distinct from the shipping time. The estimated shipping time will be added on top of the processing time. Standard shipments will be sent via USPS, UPS, DHL, or a similar service. For orders with shipping addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes, APO/FO addresses, and U.S. Territories, shipment will be made via USPS or an equivalent service. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email containing the tracking information.

HAWAII, ALASKA, PO BOXES, APO/FPO & U.S. TERRITORIES

We gladly accept orders to be shipped to PO boxes, APO/FPO, and U.S. territories. Please note that orders with these shipping addresses will be dispatched via USPS or an equivalent service.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES

Kindly allow a processing and packing time of up to 5 business days before your order is shipped out. For international orders, they will be shipped via USPS, DHL, or a similar service, and the typical delivery timeframe is within 7-14 business days from the shipping date. However, please note that the actual duration may vary based on your country and the selected delivery service.

It is important to be aware that all international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), which means that you may be responsible for paying duty fees based on your country's regulations. We kindly request your understanding that we cannot be held responsible for any duty fees incurred.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email containing the tracking information to keep you informed of its progress.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

The customer is solely responsible for any applicable customs duties, import fees, taxes, and other charges. We ship packages under the DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid) terms, which means we do not collect VAT, duties, and/or taxes, and we cannot predict the specific charges that may apply to your order. If your order incurs additional charges, it is your responsibility to pay them for customs clearance. Certain countries may require additional fees to be paid Collect on Delivery (COD), which are remitted to the local carrier and not collected by Snake Series.

As required by customs authorities, the value of your order will be stated on the package. Customs agents have the authority to release or withhold your package, and in rare cases, they may also cause delivery delays.
