PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL ORDERS ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for any orders. We kindly request that you notify us within 7 days of any issues with the items you receive. For claims regarding items that are damaged upon receipt, please ensure to include clear photos of the damaged item.

To ensure successful delivery of your order, we kindly ask you to provide your information and address in English. Please be aware that once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes to it. Therefore, we strongly advise you to review and verify all the information before finalizing your order.

Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for any errors or mistakes in the addresses you provide. To guarantee the delivery of your order, it is crucial to enter both your shipping and billing address in English.

In the event of package theft, damage, or loss, here's what you should do.

If your package has been marked as delivered but is nowhere to be found, you can initiate a claim within a period of 5 to 15 days from the date the carrier marked it as delivered. In case your package remains undelivered and there have been no tracking updates for a consecutive period of 7 days or more, you can file a claim on the 8th day, but no later than 30 days from the last tracking update. For packages received in a damaged condition upon delivery, a claim can be filed immediately. However, claims for damages reported beyond 7 days from the delivery date will not be approved. To process your claim, it will be necessary to provide photos of all damaged items, including the shipping and packaging materials.
