Is it possible to modify my order after it has been placed?
Once an order is placed, alterations to sizes or items are not feasible. While we cannot assure the fulfillment of your request to cancel the entire order, it is essential to contact us as soon as possible. We will exert our utmost effort to accommodate your cancellation before the order is shipped.
When can I expect the item/size to be restocked?
Typically, we do not restock products once they have been sold out. Restocking is rare, but on the occasions when it does happen, it is for a limited time only. To receive advance information about restocks and available sizes before anyone else, we recommend subscribing to our mailer for regular updates.
To stay updated on restocked items and upcoming collections, make sure to follow our social media platforms. We regularly post to keep our fans informed about the latest developments.
Where can I find information about the status and tracking details of my order?
After placing your order, an email will be sent to you containing all the necessary details, such as the carrier's name, the shipping date, and the tracking number. In the event that you haven't received this email or have misplaced your tracking number, please reach out to us at contact@snakseries.com. We will gladly resend the information to you.
Kindly allow a processing time of 3-5 business days for us to pick, pack, and ship your order. Please note that this processing time is separate from the actual delivery time.
Please be aware that tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to update in the system. If the tracking information is currently unavailable, we kindly request that you wait for 24 business hours from the shipment time of your order.
What should I do in the event of package theft, damage, or loss?
If your package has been marked as delivered but is nowhere to be found, you can initiate a claim within a period of 5 to 15 days from the date the carrier marked it as delivered. In case your package remains undelivered and there have been no tracking updates for a consecutive period of 7 days or more, you can file a claim on the 8th day, but no later than 30 days from the last tracking update. For packages received in a damaged condition upon delivery, a claim can be filed immediately. However, claims for damages reported beyond 7 days from the delivery date will not be approved. To process your claim, it will be necessary to provide photos of all damaged items, including the shipping and packaging materials.
